Low Income Guidelines: See if You Qualify
These restrictions may apply to EVICTION cases.
To receive eviction/housing services you must be LOW INCOME. For other legal services you MAY still qualify if you don’t meet these guidelines. ALL clients must provide proof of income, in order to determine eligibility for services.
Legal Aid can help if YOU receive public benefits:

- General Assistance
- OR If your GROSS yearly income is no greater than shown in the table on this page.
