Legal Aid of Sonoma County’s Small Business Equity and Recovery Program assists small business owners in Sonoma County that have been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic by providing limited services and advice on legal issues or questions concerning the business.
Our mission is to assist vulnerable small businesses in Sonoma County recover from the negative impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic and
We assist vulnerable small businesses with a variety of issues including:
- Business structures (LLC, Inc., etc.)
- Employee issues
- Commercial leasing, including lease drafting, review, and negotiations
- General business contract drafting and review
Due to current funding limitations, we are not able to accept new clients. The Small Business Equity and Recovery Program is continuing with reduced services, including presentations and clinic-based services on a limited basis.
